Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds:
- Pre-Class Withdrawal:
- If a student withdraws before the commencement of classes, a full refund will be issued.
- Once classes have started, no refunds will be entertained.
- Class Confirmation and Refund:
- In the event that we are unable to provide the scheduled classes for any reason on our end, a refund will be initiated after deducting a nominal refund fee.
- Balance Transfer for Unattended Classes:
- If, for any reason, a student is unable to attend a class, the balance can be seamlessly transferred for the next month’s classes only.
- Refund Consideration:
- Refunds are not provided if the cost of processing the refund exceeds the original fee.
